Usually the information is in the vehicle's owners manuals under "recreational towing." With that said, essentially any front wheel drive vehicle can be towed with a tow dolly, regardless of what the owner's manual says. The back wheels are more or less just big casters or rollers on a front wheel drive vehicle.
It often depends on what sort of transmission or drivetrain options you have in the vehicle. Generally speaking, two wheel drive vehicles with manual transmissions are much more frequently able to be towed four down than ones with automatics.
