towing 4 down question
when towing a vehicle behind a DP what is the allowed amount of difference between the towbar and the bracket pins as far as height distance goes?

Roadmaster says 3 inches up or down from level. When we bought the new rig, I had to get a 10" drop hitch reciever. Perfectly level but looks weird and adds a foot to length. Had to get a coiled electrical cord for the extra distance. Old cord pulled out of the socket on the first turn.
