  • First off, what year Accord and does it have an auto or manual tranny? As identified above, some older Hondas can be towed four down. I've been doing it for about 10 years now with two different model years, all with manual transmissions.

  • Go to the Remco site as was already mentioned they will have the information you need . older Honda accords are towable 4 down! my automatic 2006 was. there is a "shifting regimen" that must be followed first. If it is towable you will need a towbar , baseplate , lighting harness and brake system .. And about 2- 3 grand
  • We have a 2011 Accord. It can only be towed with the front wheels off the ground.

That's why Accords are not listed in the Towing Guides -- they cannot be towed 4-down.

You need a tow dolly to tow an Accord.

  • I have looked at the FMCA Towing Guides back to the year 2000 and do not find a listing for the Honda Accord.
Hopefully someone might give you more info.
  • First go to Remco.com to see if your car can be towed 4 wheels on the ground. Then try Brake Buddy.com
