Towing the car 4 wheels down seems better than using a dolly; however, the vehicles with auto trans that you can do this to is shrinking so research carefully. My son and I both tow behind a MH and feel that it is a bit stressful but you learn and get used to it. Not being able to back up requires focus and planing ahead. You start and brake slower and downshift more pulling grades. I don't know how people can say "you won't even know its back there" when you are adding from 2500 to 4000 lbs. of weight. Maybe with a big diesel but with my Ford V-10 I know it's there. My Chevy Sonic is a lite 2700 lbs. and I know its there for sure. It's an unavoidable part of MH traveling.
