Towing behind a MH

It mostly depends on you Gross Combined Vehicle Weight Rating. Trailer at 2500#, Jeep at 4000#, motorcycles 2 @ 1000# and your at 8500#. You hitch rating will need to be at 10000#, and you will need to check your current weight at the scales and see whether your rig can take the extra weight.

As far as the Tandem Tow Dolly HobbsHauler, do you haul bikes horizontally with no problem. Seems like they would not be secure. We have two Harley Softail's, would that work? Like the idea of the stacker trailer.

I saw one of these out west with two cars inside. Actually saw these people three times in three different places, which is rare.
At at KOA on the west end of the Salt Flats, then at Bonneville where we made an extended lunch stop and again in the Salt Lake City KOA, where I talked with this man and his son.
