I tow a 22' enclosed trailer and have hauled my GMC Safari mini-van and a Polaris RZR side by side ATV in it. I had to winch the front of the RZR up to the roof of the trailer and then use a floor jack to turn it sideways in order to have enough room for the mini-van.
That proved to be too much work unless I was going on a long trip(south for the winter). I also have a 2 door Geo Tracker and it will fit end to end with the RZR. No more winching and floor jacks.
I can also use the Tracker to move the trailer if necessary, although I have only had to do that once in Santa Barbara, CA. If you have been to Santa Barbara, no more explanation is needed...Lol
My point is that with a 22' trailer, I would think a Harley positioned slightly sideways would allow for a small to medium SUV to fit in behind the Harley.
