Towing Ford Edge
Would like to hear from people eho tow a Ford Edge behind a 31 foot C Class V6 F450 Is this too heavy of a vehicle to comfortably tow especially through the mountains

We have been very happy towing our Edge which has an automatic transmission. Just turn on the key, put the transmission in neutral then turn off the key, but leave the key in the ignition to unlock the steering wheel. It does not accumulate mileage while being towed because it has an electronic odometer. However, that is only the case with our year Edge. That may not be the case with your Edge. What does your rv owner's manual have to say about the weight you can tow? And what does the owner's manual for your Edge instruct you about towing?
