Thanks to all for the input. I know Eternabond tape and Dicor caulk are the recommended fixes, but my roof is not white, more like a biege/light tan color, and the small breach in the TPO is on the roof right where it "rolls" around down over the side. I really don't want to use white tape on it since it'll probably be visable from the ground, but nobody seems to have a tan Eternabond tape. The Dicor caulk apparently is made in a tan color that might match, if I can find it somewhere.
Because of the issue of trying to match the color, I thought the clear Duck or Gorilla tape would be a good solution if anyone had used it and had had a good result.
