Umm, the antenna not finding the satellite is not related to the box needing to be authorized. Can't even authorize if the antenna is not locked in. Sounds like something technical with the antenna. Effy sounds like he has the right idea to try, if calling tech support for the particular antenna is not what you want to do - it is what I would be doing right now!
