Several methods come to mind. Threatening him with a deadly weapon would probably work. Maybe you could report him to the Propane Czar at the United Nations or sue him personally in the World Court. Maybe a member of a local propane street gang could rough him up. Maybe you should just drive up, shove the attendant out of the way and take what is rightfully yours. You have an absolute right (it's in the US Constitution, the 46th amendment I believe) to get propane from Tractor Supply. Don't let the bass tards keep you down.
