Tractor Supply: Pain in the.... Propane Problems

WesternRV... I talked to the Propane Czar. He suggested bodily harm as well, but I don't think that's called for just yet.

When I say, talk some sense... I mean literally. Does anyone know of publications or regulations that would state under what circumstances a propane cylinder can and can't be filled while attached to a vehicle.

But I'm not ruling out bodily harm and just taking the propane either, if that's what it comes down to. :p
