I agree 100 percent. There's probably an ignoramus in their chain of command somewhere. Either their manager, district manager or a flunky somewhere that's making policy when they shouldn't be. Your problem will probably not be solved fast, but a call to their customer relations at their headquarters should get the chain straightened out eventually.
