1. NO ASME LP tank is permanently mounted. They are all bolted on, but YES, removing one is a pain in the ###. Then trying to remount with a full fill of LP would be almost impossible.
2. I will BET, the Manager is not the best at reading and understanding corporate directives. He was directed to not fill tanks unless they were removed and THAT probably meant DOT cylinders that were still on the Trailer. He has no comprehension, that ASME motorhome tanks are a different animal. ALL he "sees" is a tank still on the vehicle. What he should have done is call corporate and ask what to do, and they would have enlightened him.
3. BUT, YOU are under the impression that YOU can direct a company on what they Can and Cannot do. YOU are free to take your business elsewhere, where there are NO obstacles to your total joy and happiness. Life is short. While the TSC was an aggravation, you have let it grow on you instead of just going somewhere else to fill your LP tank. Doug
