#1 I UNDERSTAND YOUR FRUSTRATION AND YES THEY ARE BEING A PIA

#2 just go somewhere else, pay more, less stress. just because it says so on the internet does not make it true.

#3 The horizontal or "permanent style" tanks are not filled differently. They have a different adaptor that is by no means special or unique. It also fits 20 gal and above portable tanks.
