Your inverter will consume/draw about 55 amps to produce 500 watts out put. The 50 watt load will take about 5-6 amps. If you need 500 watts for 4 minutes that will consume approx, 6 amp hours plus the 50 watt load per hour will take another 6 amp hours. So, in order to cook for one hour you will consume approx 12 amp hours. So, it depends on your battery bank size and method to recharge them.
