Trager Portable Grill electric use Boondocking

I want a Trager portable grill but I dry camp at times and wanted to know if anyone has one and how much of a draw on my batteries it would be while cooking. We BBQ a lot. Tri-Tips, chicken ribs an...

If that is true and you have a good battery bank I would fire up the genny for the first 5 minutes and use the battery/inverter for the rest.
