A Tekonsha Prodigy is a very good brake controller.
The trailer should have the brake lights and the trailer brake wires separated.
On a 7-pin color code, the trailer brake wire is typically blue.
The coach turn signals and brake lights are integrated and controlled to function as blinking or steady.
Typical colors: Green-brake/right turn signal; yellow-brake/left turn signal. White ground. Black 12 volt. Orange?-reverse lights.
Sometimes the black will be a ground. Best to check with a Volt/Ohm Meter.
