Transmission cooler for Sprinter
2007 Dodge One Ton Winnie View with Mercedes Diesel, 3Ltr-V6-150 Hp, Turbo Diesel engine. Can we put an after market transmission cooler on it for towing a Jeep Liberty?

I'm not sure it is necessary for towing a Liberty. I'd evaluate your transmission temps while towing first before spending potentially $800 to have a transmission cooler installed.
Edit: I just noticed that the towing capacity of the 2007 Winnebago View is 3,500 lbs. You are over that towing a Jeep Liberty. So no, do not install a transmission cooler and do not tow a Jeep Liberty.
