Transmission key pad won't lite up? Won't start
99 monaco Windsor, where do I begin, batteries are good, I can start it by jumping across the solenoid but have no idea where to begin on the trans key pad issue? Help

I had a similar situation with an Allison MD3060. Turns out is was a bad chip. The worst part was it was almost $3000.
