While I cannot speak for the Fontana location, I have used several Transwest facitilies across the Country and I have been very pleased. They installed a new alternator for me and after about 6 months it failed. I was able to return to the facility and they replaced the unit without any additional charges. Just accepted it was bad, replaced it and sent us on our way.
Good business with a good business plan.
I was wondering if the locations in Co. were related to the one in Fontana. I couldn't find any reviews on the Fontana location which I thought was a little odd. - Bill_SatelliteExplorer IIWhile I cannot speak for the Fontana location, I have used several Transwest facitilies across the Country and I have been very pleased. Good luck;)
I've used Redlands in the past w/good results but they are pricey. Transwest sent out a mailer for oil change/pm service special, so I was wondering if I should give them a try. Thanks - keepingthelightExplorerThis company has received good ratings, although I have not used them for service.

Used them one time for my Freightliner chassis DP. Did Ok and fast work on routine service to diesel engine and generator. Only problem was, even after I told them that there was an inline fuel strainer and where it was, when I picked the unit up, the paperwork (that I read after I got home) said that the unit only had the FW separator so only it was changed. Had to go to another facility to have a new strainer installed.
