Traveling I-80
How is interstate 80 from Ca. to Illinois in July and is there someplace to park a 40 ft. motorhome while visiting Mt. Rushmore?

Last time I was on 80 with motorhome was in 2002, slide awning came unrolled three times, had to put slide out and roll it back in. Wind was bad. Want to try it again and stop at Mt. Rushmore if possible.
