Traveling I-80
How is interstate 80 from Ca. to Illinois in July and is there someplace to park a 40 ft. motorhome while visiting Mt. Rushmore?

- I was at Rushmore two years ago... Lotsa rv parking available.. As for 80, Getting around Chicago sucks but it always did.... Bring lots of change...
- Uhhh I80 does not go close to Rapid City.
But since you asked, the KOA in Rapid City is suppose to be pretty nice. They may offer shuttle bus service.
