It looks awful crowded up there, hope I can find a clear spot for this thing. It does go up first, then turns?
ok, looked at the instructions, dish to the rear, need 8" clearance within 32". I got that as long as the batwing is not cranked up.
Note to self: Crank batwing down before stowing the trav'ler.
My batwing has a sensor switch (appears to be a magnetic switch similar to the one used by the front door steps) It lights "antenna up" on the dash.
Does the trav'ler do something similar?
Would it make sense for me to get another of these switches, tie it in series with the existing wiring, and attach it to the trav'ler arm in such a way that stowing the trav'ler and the batwing both turn off the "Antenna up" light on the dash?

OBTW, BIG thanks to whoever pout this image thing together, this is soooo much easier!
