Hi Karen, I'm a retired (OTR) Over the Road Trucker and I had a carpenter build me a little table it was a box type table (very nice). It was anchored to the floor and I had hinges on top of the box table so I had a little extra storage inside the box table. My nose bag (lunch box) fix perfectly on top (there was 3" thick edging around the top of the box) I had little eye bolts installed to bungee my nose bag down so it wouldn't move. I enjoyed eating and drinking while I was driving on long straight stretches! By the way I worked for 44-1/4 years, logged over 4 million miles and never had a charged accident (a accident that was my fault) on my driving record.
