Tri-Mark Paddle Latch failing on outside entrance door

Try the TriMark website. Is there a model number on it?? if not, they have good pictures to let you identify. You can order whatever from then also, but they are high! You can talk to their customer service, they were very nice when I called. Mine is a different model, and I was able to get it from an rv parts and service place, whthout having to pay the shipping charges. Of course, part of the shipping was included in the dealer mark-up, but was still somewhat better than having it shipped.
