Does anyone have a good website to plan trips by. Now before you suggest things like Google Maps and the like here is what I am looking for... We will be going from Boise Idaho to Joplin Missouri ...

I recall someone posting a link several months ago to a website that would draw a circle on a map a specified distance from a starting point. I thought it impractical, since the circle was an "as the crow flies" distance. Actual driving distance would likely be significantly longer.
