As mention by others Triple E is Canadian built and they are less common in the US.
My understanding is the build quality is very high and they are extremely well insulated.
I own a Triple E Commander A3201 which was at that time their highest trim model. Mine is on a P30 with a 7.4
It has 187000 km and the house portion is like new with close to no noise when driving on the road. In mine you barely hear the engine at highway speeds.
Now for the chassis part it's the same thing as all the others so maintenance is the key to success.
Ford chassis to my knowledge are simpler and will require less maintenance because of the solid front axle as opposed to the Chevy independent front end.
