Hymer problems It looks like Thor dodged a bullet as Hymer discloses "problems". It's never a good sign when forensic accountants get involved.

I thought Hymer was trying to just sell off its holdings in Roadtrek in North America, not sell its world-wide operations to Thor. From what I'd read, Hymer holds about 25% of RV sales in Europe, so they're the big kid on the block over there. When they purchased Roadtrek it was to get a toehold in North America. Maybe they've decided it isn't a market they want to pursue, or they know enough now that they think they can be successful with the Class B Hymer units (and others) without hanging onto Roadtrek.
