Trying to locate fuse panel on 2003 Allegro bus

My emergency flashers don't work. Pulling the switch doesn't light up the turn signal arrows, so I don' think it is a flasher. I figure that it is a fuse, but I cannot locate the fuse panel that has t...

Thanks michelb...I did find two relays inside the top cover of the dash. I swapped them around, and the emergency flashers worked. Looks like I just need a new relay. I'm still going to try and locate another fuse panel for the turn signals/hazard flashers though.
