I'd heard Bils were hard to install but didn't know they had that much more charge in them.

They have a higher gas charge, which raised the front end. My RV now sits level.

Those shocks with built-in air chambers right inside the shock should be an excellent way to lift the front back to where it belongs.

I'd even like them in place of all four of my RV's shocks to kindof provide (moderate) leveling of any of the RV's corners at campsites - if I wasn't counting on Koni's FSD shocks, instead, in the rear to solve the highway-crack rough pounding problem.

Please report back on how air-lift shocks work out for you in the front!

Coach sits a little front-low. So, better wording might be "restore height." Finding appropriate springs has been enough of a problem that the current plan is to add air bags within the existing front coil springs.

Not looking to raise front end above normal ride height.

I like to think the air bags will keep it from settling to below level.

I'm curious as to why you want to raise the front (and the rear, too?) of the frame?

From a pure load capacity perspective ... can't you increase load capacity without raising the height?

Call Hendersons they know How to deal with this.

With the Ford front end the higher you raise the front the more you change the camber possibly leading to increased tire ware.

Even the firm selling the 2815 springs was concerned they'd be too stiff. They fit some of the F series as well so they're good for snowplows and vehicles with diesel engines.
What with all the complications on what springs to get, not going to replace them. Instead, will install AirLift 1000 series airbags in the front coils we now have.
It'll be awhile before I get to the spring project.

I had air-lift shocks once in the rear of a van and they increased ride height depending upon how much air pressure I maintained in them. They functioned just like using air bags to do the same.

Does Bilstein still offer air-lift shocks?
