TV Connection in Bin is Cable, not HDMI

Just as a side note to this discussion, I'm still in the process of upgrading all my TV's to HD TV's (a project I started last year). Part of my project is to run HDMI cable from the front of the MH to the back TV and I'm also going to attempt to run one down into the basement for an outdoor TV too, but I haven't looked at how to accomplish that yet.
Anyway, the point of my post is, before I started this I went to a couple of local RV dealers and looked through motorhomes and trailers to get an idea of how the TV's are hooked up in the newer RV's. I could not find a single RV of any type (I didn't look at the million dollar buses) that used HDMI cables. They all had nice new HD TV's, but all of them were hooked up with RCA cables and most all of the outdoor TV's were hooked up with coax cable. Even units that had HD DVD players had RCA cables running from the DVD to the TV. I found that kind of odd. I got the impression they were doing it just to save money as the RCA cables they did use were the cheapest type. Good HDMI cables cost quite a bit more than RCA. So none of these newer RV's are getting the highest quality HD signal to their TV's.
