Just run an wireless HDMI repeater (most of which will also serve as a splitter) and you won't need to run cables and you can utilize the HDMI connections and get a better picture.
I have one at my house so that I can move a TV to wherever I want from my satellite receiver. I plan to use it (or buy another one) for my motorhome. Its a whole lot easier (and cheaper if you had to hire someone to do it for you) than trying to run an HDMI cable through the motorhome. And the picture is a whole lot better than using coax.
You can such an item for $100-200. Mine is made by IOGear.
