TV Mounnt from Harbor Freight?

I need a tv mount that swivels so we don't have to turn our heads to the side for viewing. Harbor Freighr has a $37 mount everyone raves about. Don't know if it will atand up to travel vibrations. Has anyone used this full motion mount in their coach?

    I have one that I bought from Walmart.com that we use with a 23" TV. It's been in use for 5 years.

    Video Secu Brand from Amazon has served in our coach for several years supporting a 32" TV. Been fine. I have a little bungee cord tether to a window frame screw that keeps the TV from swinging on the road. It looks like this

    I bolted the base to the solid (particle board) end of a cabinet.
