Our original tv has stopped working. Can we replace it with a tv from BJ's or Walmart, or do we have to get one from an rv dealership?

FWIW, we replaced our old heavy tube TV with a more energy efficient flat screen and trimmed around accordngly. TV worked fine, afraid of weight bouncing around as screws work loose above our driving seat heads but mainly changed out because of wanting to be "off grid" totally as is our preference.
Just saying in the spirit of forward thinking plans: If you are thinking in the future, of boon docking often or going solar/unplugged, you might want to consider energy usage of the new TV, for your batteries.
