How many remotes? If you have 4 do they all work on the 2 living room tvs? Are they universal or Sony? Sony has more than one code for linking TVs to remotes. I would first try to link one remote to the bedroom and if it works then see if it still works on the living room. Just going to have to troubleshoot and eliminate possibilities.
