Chassis battery is fine.
Two, has anyone towed a Ford Fiesta on a dolly? Looking at one that is FWD, but am concerned about the front bumper/air dam? being low to where it would scrape when driving it up onto dolly

Batteries most likely are heading down hill and charger isn't the best, either, assuming you are plugged in the whole time.
Actually, if you're diligent with any deep cycle batteries, you should get as much as 6yrs from them. With wet cells water only needs to be covering the plates to prevent damage. Below that, overheating and warping occurs and most likely permanently ruining them.
If you haven't purchased a toad as yet, I'd forget the dolly and find something that can be towed 4 down and be suitable as an everyday driver. You'll be glad you did in the long run.
