I didnt bring the RV home the wiring in the coach (they think) isnt right.
I havent found any real reviews of the product. I will be calling the dealer back tomorrow epecting to ask to have it all uninstalled and i'm not sure how they will react to that.
we've been using the UTB from US Gear for the past 10-years with no issues save a problem with the initial tail light wiring which has nothing to do with the UTB. the initial wiring job at the RV dealer used diodes rather than a separate wiring harness and bulbs. after a few years the diodes blew as did the replacements. could never track down the cause so we installed a completely separate wiring harness and bulbs. we liked the UTB so much that we purchased a second unit when we bought a new jeep for the wife. now we can tow either our '03 wrangler or '10 liberty. sounds like your issues are with the wiring and tow plate install and not the UTB.
