Must be one of those States that allow multiple offers at the same time and then the seller can select the offer they want. Not all states can do that, and have to deal with one offer at a time. Times are changing though!
It's California and bidding wars can be common in real estate in areas where there is the demand.
RVs are a horse of a different color. I know of absolutely no RV that would ever command a bidding war. Real estate is all about supply and location. They aren't making any more land and prime locations always command high demand. RVs are plentiful and mobile, so location doesn't matter. Move that California home with multiple offers to central Nebraska and see what effect that has on the price.
