My wife and I bought a new Trail Blazer in 2003 which I thought had an OEM remote/alarm, turns out it's an audiovox,must have been installed by the dealer, it's been fine all these years.
I bought an F250 new in 2004 which came with a dealer installed remote/alarm which was fine for the four years or so I had that vehicle.I don't remember the brand.
My newer MH doesn't have the receiver for remotes, but I don't consider the keyless entry critical to have either, nice but not critical.
If I should decide to add that feature I wouldn't hesitate to go with an audiovox unit or something similar.
