Congrats... from another 170P ('08) owner. Yeah, this smallest true B crosses over into daily driver territory - very useful even when staying close to home. 18' parking spots is the norm in my suburban/urban area.
Now to get all the great compact gadgets to store inside like folding director chairs, Porta-leggs table stand, bicycles, boats, etc ;)
