No real suggestions. You're probably going to have to pull the old TV down and see what you're dealing with.
Since most RV's are framed with 2x2 pine I would probably put a piece of plywood big enough to span two joists. Then mount a standard household mount to hold the TV. Depending on location you might consider adding some velcro straps to hold the TV in place during travel.
