The OP sounds like us. We have had three Bs over the years. Our last one was a Roadtrek 210P and we absolutely loved it for all the reasons mentioned by others. We opted for a 2350 Phoenix Cruiser like Ron (above). Except we have a slide on ours and a double recliner/couch.
We like to boondock for extended times and the 2350 is perfect. The Roadtrek got a little tight after a while, and a dry bath and dedicated bed makes a big difference. The RT was much easier to drive. A B is a van, a C is a truck. You can call them B+ or a zebra, they are still a truck and are more "trucky". Everything in a RV is a tradeoff, but for this stage of our life we think we will enjoy the additional room and larger tanks. A real bathroom is a real luxury!
Try this: take the specs on your B and compare them side to side to something like the Phoenix Cruiser 2350. Length, width and height especially. I was amazed that the 2350 is less than one foot longer than my Roadtrek was and only a few inches wider. One is a box on wheels and the other is much sleeker.
We made the switch to the Phoenix Cruiser six months ago.
