The worst thing a rig can do is sit. Fire it up and test drive it. check all belts and hoses. Dry rot will kill them. Fire up the appliances. make sure they function as designed. Listen to the AC for sqwawking. Do all 12v and 120V outlets and lights work. I know this is simplistic but the idea is to work everything for several hours or miles. Get it upto road temps.
