Used DP, Miles vs Years
Next question on the search for next MH. I have decided (although DW is not totally on board yet) that a 10-12 yo quality DP is a the best deal for us, but.... I see so many posts on DP chassis ...

We bought thinking the same as you. We found a 2001 Beaver Contessa 40' with two slides and a CAT motor. We purchased it 4 years ago from a private seller. Mileage was at 31,000 so was still low. In the last four years we have had a few issues, but mostly just replacing the plastic vent covers, resealing the roof, chasing a few leaks, etc. When we bought it the tires were due changing which was our biggest expense of course. There are tons out there and it took us a year to find the right one. We are still happy with what we got...
