I got my info from the law books we were provided and carried in our cruisers for reference. Do a Google search on "interstate vehicle code reciprocity" and I am sure it will be found on the net. AAA used to publish a vehicle law book that many jurisdictions used to reference motor vehicle laws applicable to drivers home state and it was/is common knowledge that all DL, registration, insurance laws and regulations are covered under the motor vehicle reciprocity act, if the vehicle is classified as a motor vehicle and not an ORV/OHV. Check and see if the AAA still published the MV law book.
