For me, it's not a valid financial analysis, because you're only considering the acquisition cost but not the running cost. Your method makes it look less expensive if you use it more. In the real world every mile driven adds cost.
As others have said, an RV is not a financial investment. It's just a choice of where to burn disposable money.
