since the subject is basically "beancounters' stuff reminds me of what my BIL told me about NW airlines where he was a pilot. seems that one route, maybe Fargo to Butte or in that vicinity never showed an increase in seats sold over a long period of time so they cut back on that service. seems that of course the sales couldn't increase, the planes were at their capacity for all flights.
