If the size is right, there are many people that can use them. The 16" tires that were removed from my MH are the same size as on my Grand Cherokee, so that's where they went. The Grand Cherokee is about 1/4 the weight of the MH, so the stresses on the tires are much less, and they are load rated "E" as well.
No reason a trucker wouldn't be able to safely use your take-offs for low-speed applications.
