On dual wheel trucks you rotate side to side not the same as a car X pattern.
My chassis, as with many, have aluminum rear outer wheels and steel inner wheels. Those NEVER get rotated to an inside or a front. Plus, I have a traction tread on the rear and steers on the front. RV's are trucks, not cars and most things are bigger and different between the two.
