Dually tires are rotated side to side but they will time out before wearing out so that usually is never a problem.
The best extended valve stems are made by The Tire Man they were invented by Chuck Carvitto the owner of Tire Man.
All others on the market today are clones and most likely made in china.
They are reuseable and can be re installed on your next set of tires,I have a friend that has used them 3 times with no problems, Ya his RV is 30 years old.
